On February 4, 2026, a pipe burst in the building adjacent to the Sage Center, which resulted in significant flooding to the terrace level of our facility. Unfortunately, the damage is extensive and has rendered that area temporarily unusable. As a result, two families have been displaced and are being supported as we work through next steps. To ensure continuity of operations, Sage Center staff will temporarily work out of the FRP Headquarters while remediation and cleaning efforts are underway. We are already coordinating with professional contractors to assess the damage, begin cleanup, and develop a plan for repairs as quickly and safely as possible. Please know that the safety and well-being of the families and staff impacted remain our top priority. We are taking all necessary steps to address the damage and restore services with minimal disruption. If you know anyone in your personal or professional networks who may be willing to contribute financially, or if you are able to make a contribution yourselves, your support would make a meaningful difference right now.
